I’m Finnley Edwards, a Men’s Online Fitness Coach dedicated to helping men in their 20s and 30s achieve their best selves—inside and out. My journey into fitness started as a teenager, working out at home with secondhand equipment and a big dream. With no access to a gym, I made it work with what I had, pushing myself to grow stronger both physically and mentally. Over the years, I turned my passion into a profession, learning everything I could about fitness, nutrition, and mindset along the way.
